Teaching Gypsy Vanner Workshops: A Journey Across the States
This year has been an incredible journey teaching Gypsy Vanner workshops across Texas, Michigan, and upcoming - North Carolina, New York, and Pennsylvania. Each state has brought its unique charm and energy, making every workshop a memorable experience. Alongside our equine adventures, I've delved into the fascinating world of Photoshop editing, adding an artistic touch to our work and exploring AI.
I kicked off our workshops in the Lone Star State, Texas, with an overwhelming response. A fantastic group of 45 students and 3 wranglers joined us, eager to learn and immerse themselves in the beauty and skills required to work with Gypsy Vanners. The enthusiasm was contagious, and the day were filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable moments. The vast Texan landscapes provided the perfect backdrop for our workshop, and the camaraderie among participants made it an experience to cherish.
From the vastness of Texas, I moved to the serene and picturesque state of Michigan. Here, I had a smaller, more intimate group of 8 wonderful women. The smaller group size allowed for more personalized instruction and deeper connections. I spent our days honing our skills, both with the Clydesdales and in our Photoshop sessions. The beautiful Michigan countryside added a touch of magic to our time together, making it a workshop to remember.
Next on our itinerary is North Carolina. We are excited to meet a new group of students and explore the equestrian charm of this beautiful state. Our workshops here will continue to blend the hands-on experience with the Gypsy Vanners and the creative flair of Photoshop editing. I can't wait to see what North Carolina has in store for us!
Our New York workshop promises to be an exciting blend of equine and wildlife experiences. In addition to our usual workshop activities, I have planned a visit to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo. This unique addition will provide a fantastic opportunity for our participants to practice their photography and editing skills on a diverse range of subjects. The anticipation is building, and I look forward to sharing this adventure with our New York group.
Our final outdoor workshop of the year will be in Pennsylvania. I aim to end our journey on a high note, bringing together all the experiences and lessons we've gathered along the way. Pennsylvania's rich equestrian heritage will provide an ideal setting for our Lancaster workshop, and I am excited to meet the students and share the beauty of Dancing Dream Vanners with them.
At each workshop, I dedicate time to mastering Photoshop editing. This aspect of the workshop has been a highlight for many participants. Learning to enhance and transform their photographs allows them to add a professional touch to their work, creating stunning visuals that capture the essence of their experiences with Gypsy Vanners.
As I continue our workshops across the states, I invite you to join us on a future workshop. Whether you are a seasoned equestrian or a beginner looking to learn, our workshops offer something for everyone. Together, we'll explore the world of Gypsy Vanners, enhance our photography skills, and create lasting memories.
